Crispy Bread Roll

Bread Roll is easy to make and very tasty dish. Children and elders both like it. You can make it in breakfast or on any special occasion & for guests also. It is easily prepare in 30-45 minutes.

Ingredients for Crispy Bread Roll

Potatoes – 5-6 boiled
Bread -12 Slices
Coriander powder – a little spoon
Garam Masala – 1 quarter spoon
Chat Masala – 1 quarter spoon
Green Chili – 2 finely chopped
Green coriander – 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Red pepper – Less than a quarter spoon
Salt – to taste (3/4 teaspoons)
Take refined oil

How to Make Crispy Bread Roll

1.Then wash the potatoes, boil and fry the potatoes after breaking the potatoes
2.Now add all spices like coriander powder, red pepper, garam masala, chat masala, salt, green coriander , green chili on the potato
3.Take a half cup of water in a dish and dip bread in water, place the bread in the water in the palm of the hand, pressing with the other palm, take the bread out of the water.
4.Keep the potatoes in bread and keep it in the round, and keep it in the pot, put all the potatoes in the bread that way and be ready on a plate and keep them on the plate.
5.Heat the oil in a pan, stir 2 to 3 rolls prepared and inserted into the hot oil and again until it turns golden and after being plated, and remove on the plate.
6.Serve hot bread with green sauce or ketchup.
