A muffin is an individual-sized, baked cupcake. The muffins are made with flour, sifted with baking soda as growth agent. Added to this are butter, eggs and any fruits, such as blueberries, chocolate or banana. The mixture becomes a tray of bagged muffins, or in individual paper pans, and is baked. Muffins tend to be sweet desserts with a cake mix and are often covered with sugar glaze. Muffins are often eaten as a breakfast food. Coffee can be served to accompany the muffins. Freshly baked muffins are sold in bakeries, donut stores and some restaurants and fast food cafes.
Ingredients For Making Banana Muffins

- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Nuts(Cashew, Almonds, Walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini or regular-size chocolate chips
Prepare Banana Muffins in Microwave
1– Heat Microwave to 180 degrees. Decorates muffin cups with paper folders.
2– Beat the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix well until a creamy mixture is formed.
3– In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, the banana puree, the egg and the vanilla until smooth.
4– Add the banana mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients, then use a fork to combine.
5– Make a line of 12 muffin cups in the microwave with cups of muffin paper (or use cups of silicone muffins that have been oiled).
6– Do not mix too much. Add the chocolate chips.
7– Fill the muffin molds 3/4 full. Sprinkle chopped nuts little for topping.
8– Bake until a toothpick can be inserted and leave clean, approximately 20 minutes.
9- Serve the hot & yummy banana muffins.
10- You can sprinkle the powdered sugar on banana muffins for the decoration.
